Retrieves the PlayerColorGrading component to control color
grading for a particular player in Vibrant Visuals. This
offers the same controls as BiomeColorGrading, but
PlayerColorGrading controls will always take precedence over
BiomeColorGrading.
This function can't be called in restricted-execution mode.
